The Shotgun House

The Shotgun House, also known as the Dunning House, has a captivating story of its own. It made its way to our property from Killarney Road in September 2018, becoming a cherished addition to Tahoma Plantation. To enhance its charm and comfort, we added a welcoming front porch, perfect for taking in the serene surroundings. Inside, a full bath was thoughtfully added, ensuring your stay is nothing short of luxurious.

This house serves as our honeymoon suite when you choose to rent both our barn and church. Inside, you’ll find a king-sized bed adorned with sumptuous linens and bedding, creating an inviting retreat for newlyweds. The Shotgun House is equipped with modern amenities, being both heated and cooled for your year-round comfort. We’ve also included a convenient coffee station to start your day off right. This house is a haven of tranquility, making it an ideal choice for couples seeking a romantic and relaxing escape during their special event at Tahoma Plantation.
